Standard Delivery is free on orders of £30 or more. Please note, if orders are placed at the weekend or in the evening they will be processed on the next working day and delivery will take 5 - 7 working days from that point. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm the same working day. However, during sale periods and bank holidays, parcels may require longer to be delivered. Please allow 7 days before contacting our customer services department. Standard Delivery is free on orders of £30 or more.
You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date or to pick your parcel up from the carrier’s depot or local sorting office. Please note we ship standard delivery orders under £40.00 using Royal Mail 48 hour tacked service however all free delivery orders of £40.00 and over will be shipped via courier.

We want you to be totally satisfied with anything that you purchase from the Zoggs website. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date of receipt for a refund or exchange. We offer free UK returns via Royal Mail and you will receive a returns slip in your parcel.
We are happy to offer a refund on all swimwear items providing they are returned within 30 days unworn, in saleable condition, with any tags and swing tickets still attached and the original hygiene strip, where applicable, intact. Please ensure that all swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear as we will not accept returns on items that have been worn or soiled.
You can return an item for an exchange if you'd like a different size of the same item or an alternative product of the exact same value. If you return an item asking for an alternative product of higher or lower value, the full value of the returned item will be refunded. We will endeavour to exchange your item however if we are out of the stock of the requested size we will issue a full refund for the item and notify you via email. Please note that we cannot reserve items for exchanges prior to receiving the original item back into our warehouse.
